WitrWitr is an Islamic prayer to be performed at night. As opposed to the five prayers of the day, Witr is not obligatory however it is highly suggested. It is also possible to choose between having the Witr at night following the Isha prayer before retiring to bed, or towards the time of night's end and before sunrise.
